Woah. New. Style. I kinda like it...I just kinda started sketching earlier and I created this. Didn't take long, half hour at most? XDD It does look like a childrens illustration though. Like I said, I wanted to try something new. c: I hope you guys like it.

Answer: "Well little girl, when the big gray sad-looking clouds cry, it rains. But when they feel better, they stop crying and turn white and look happy. And if they are happy enough after they are done being sad, they leave a rainbow to make other people happier too. Then they just drift away to do other happy-cloud stuff. Doesn't that make sense?"
